Pure 80s sugar rush. That's what this was for me, start to finish.

The nostalgia hit exactly where I wanted it to hit. The songs, the characters, all of it scratched that itch and dragged me right back to being a kid.

Pure 80s sugar rush.

The action held up too, and the story carried me through without losing me.

Here's my one gripe: the plot needed something else. I can't tell you what. I just know there's a missing ingredient somewhere in there that would've pushed this from a really fun watch into something I'd rave about.

Still, I'd happily run it back. And weeks later, it's still rattling around in my head.
